1. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility is limited to legal residents aged 18 or older, open Worldwide, excluding employees of Bushiroad, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise affiliated with the company.
3. Entries that are incomplete will be disqualified.
4. Entrants may submit only one entry per social media platform; additional entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
5. Only entries submitted within the stated entry period will be accepted.
6. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. bears no responsibility for entries that fail to be received for any reason.
7. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. may cancel, amend, suspend, or otherwise modify the giveaway or its terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.
8. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. may substitute or alter the prizes without advance notice, with all such decisions made at the sole discretion of Bushiroad Pte. Ltd.
9. Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of complete entries by Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. and its staff, and will be contacted by email within 30 days of the announcement date; if a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within the time allowed, that prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner selected.
10. All decisions made by Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. regarding the giveaway are final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
11. Winners will receive notification once their item has been delivered.
12. By winning, entrants consent to the use of their name, image, and entry content in publicity materials, without additional compensation, notice, review, or further consent being required. Any information submitted with an entry is handled under the Privacy Policy published on Bushiroad's website; further details on that policy are available by clicking here.
13. Entrants agree, by entering, to release and hold harmless Bushiroad along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, and employees from liability for illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claims, or damage arising directly or indirectly, whether through negligence or otherwise, from: (i) participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or portion of it; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of computers, cables, networks, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, telephone lines, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human interference with any part of the entry or giveaway process; (v) electronic or human error in administering the giveaway or processing entries.
